Hello fellow book lovers!
I’ve been diving into a lot of cozy holiday reads lately, along with a bit of a mix of heartwarming romances and historical fiction. The holiday’s are almost here, and I’m in the mood for cozy winter vibes!
So grab a warm beverage, and take a peek at what’s currently on my Kindle Unlimited shelf. I think these are all perfect for cozying up this season!
I fully admit this list is VERY romance heavy, but don’t worry… I’ll have some holiday historical fiction recommendations coming soon.✨
Mistletoe Mischief: A Holiday Romance (Falling in Mistletoe Book 2) by Lo Everett
A sweet, festive romance with a dash of holiday mischief. Perfect for fans of lighthearted holiday cheer and romantic moments under the mistletoe!
(* one thing you should know about me is that I am the moodiest of mood readers and I WILL unapologetically read a series out of order. I tried to fight it, but it’s not use.)
Calling it Safe: A Denver Bandits Novel by Lo Everett
A sports romance with plenty of heat and heart. I'm loving the dynamics of this team-centered love story—perfect for fans of romance with a touch of competition and loyalty!
Frozen Over: A Friends to Lovers Romance (Seattle Scorpions Series Book 2) by Ruth Stilling
This friends-to-lovers romance cover has me hooked! The Seattle Scorpions series says it is perfect for those who love sports, steamy romance, and a solid friendship turning into something more. I’m been enjoying more sports romance lately, so this one will hopefully be a win.
10 Things I Hate About Mistletoe: A Holiday Romance (Falling in Mistletoe Book 1) by Codi Hall
The cover on this first book in this series is giving me all the holiday feels. The perfect balance of enemies-to-lovers and a holiday twist. If you’re into festive romance with a bit of tension, the reviews say this one’s for you!
The Duke Who Despised Christmas (Christmas Dukes Book 1) by Scarlett Scott
A historical romance with a Christmas twist. I’m hoping this will be the book that helps me renew my love of historical romance.
My Favorite Holidate: A Standalone Holiday Romance by Lauren Blakely
Another fun and flirty holiday romance! This standalone novel is the perfect escape if you’re looking for a heartwarming rom-com to get you in the festive spirit. And I’ve heard it is spicy, so read at your own risk.
A Full Moon Christmas: Morally Gray Novella Series-Book 1 (Madalyn's Morally Gray Men) by Madalyn Rae
For those who like a bit of mystery and paranormal flair in their holiday reads, this novella is a quick and fun escape. A touch of magic and romance with some morally gray characters. I must admit this is the first holiday read I’ve ever tried with a paranormal element. I’ll let you know how it goes…

The Holly Project: A Festive Fake Dating Romantic Comedy to Curl Up with This Christmas by Angela Pearse
Who doesn’t love a good fake dating trope? Throw in some Christmas cheer and you’ve got a perfect read to cozy up with during the holidays. This one seems like a feel-good romance that I think I can fall for!
Christmas Cancellation: A Deliciously Romantic Retelling of It’s a Wonderful Life
This one I am super excited to read. Here the blurb…
She’s a panicked passenger. He’s the pilot who rescues her. Will a snow apocalypse melt into steamy goodness or freeze on contact?
Noelle Nichols’ life is a sleigh ride heading for a cliff. After her aunt’s tragic accident and boyfriend’s cruel betrayal, the twenty-six-year-old workaholic is now jobless, single, and desperate to make it back to her hometown. If she doesn’t claim her inheritance by Christmas Eve, Eve—she’ll lose it all. And it only gets worse when a snowstorm throws her plans into the kind of madness only New York winters and canceled flights can bring.
Captain Kol Vinter can’t help but overhear the distraught blonde beauty’s rage-filled rant and doesn’t hesitate to defend his airline and shut her down. Yet when he catches her wishing she’d never been born, the valiant vet can’t walk away and instead reluctantly makes her an offer that could change both their lives: a one-way trip to Saratoga Springs, the quintessential Christmas town that’s lost all its magic for Noelle.
Annoyingly, Noelle realizes he’s the only person who can help her get home. But Kol isn’t your typical holiday hero—he’s got scars of his own and walls he’s not keen to let down. And as Kol struggles to navigate the growing winter storm, he finds ignoring his desire for the down-on-her-luck spitfire harder than keeping the car on the road.
He may be a grumpy “guardian angel,” but what if he’s exactly who Noelle’s been waiting for? Will Kol’s protective heart and smoldering presence be enough to remind her that life—even when it’s messy and shadowed by loss—can still be wonderful?
The House of Henshaw: A Love Story at the Dawn of the American Revolution by H.M. Mast
I’m always drawn to historical fiction, and this one has captured my attention with its setting at the dawn of the American Revolution. A fascinating love story with rich historical details!
I really look forward to holiday reading every year. I’ve been loving all these holiday vibes and can’t wait to dive into more festive reads this season!
